CONFIDENTIALITY OF USERS’ INFORMATION

Petrobras performs its activities in an integral manner, watching over the privacy of its public, in accordance with our Code of Ethical Conduct.
It is Petrobras’ obligation to guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data to which it has access, using it only for specific and legitimate purposes, conferring wide accessibility to its respective holder, in accordance with the General Law of Personal Data Protection (Law nº 13,709/2018).
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This Portal contains texts, photographs, images and sound, which are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. These rights belong to Petrobras or were granted under license by their holders, so that Petrobras can use this material as part of this Portal.
By entering the Petrobras page, the user declares that he/ she shall respect all intellectual and industrial property rights, those resulting from the protection of their registered trademarks, as well as all rights referring to third parties that may be, or have been, in some way available on the Portal. COMMENTS ON EBITDA AND RECURRENT EBITDA
EBITDA and Recurrent EBITDA are non-accounting measurements that the Company prepares in order to present measures of its liquidity, calculated in accordance with the provisions of CVM Circular Letter No. 01/2006, consisting of the result before income tax and social contribution plus net financial result and depreciation and amortization. EBITDA and Recurrent EBITDA are not recognized by IFRS and Accounting Practices Adopted in Brazil, do not represent the cash flow for the periods presented, and should not be considered as a basis for distribution of dividends, alternatives for net income as indicators of operating performance or cash flow, or as indicators of liquidity, nor are they performance indicators. EBITDA and Recurrent EBITDA do not have a standard meaning and the Company’s definition of EBITDA and Recurrent EBITDA cannot be compared with the EBITDA presented by other companies.
Amendments to these Terms and Conditions
Petrobras reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use unilaterally at any time. When navigating through this Portal, you accept to be guided by the Terms and Conditions in force on the date and, therefore, you must verify them in advance each time you visit this Portal.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use are ruled by Brazilian law. Users of the Petrobras Portal submit themselves to the Central Forum of the District of the Capital of the State of Rio de Janeiro, excluding any other, no matter how privileged it may be.
