Rio de Janeiro, April 18, 2018 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras reports that today it will file its 2017 Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), for the year ended December 31, 2017.
Form 20-F is SEC requirement and must be filed annually by foreign issuers with shares traded on US stock exchanges, pursuant to U.S. securities’ market regulation.
Petrobras also informs that it has changed the date of disclosure of Form 20-F in its 2017 Annual Calendar of Corporate Events, from 04/25/18 to 04/18/18, due to the anticipated conclusion of said report.
The Form 20-F is available on SEC's website (www.sec.gov) and on the company's website (www.investidorpetrobras.com.br).
