As a publicly-held company, we follow the rules set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and by BM&FBovespa in Brazil. Abroad, we meet the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the NYSE rules, in the United States; the rules set forth by the Latibex, of the Bolsa y Mercados Españoles, in Spain; as well as those of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, in Argentina.
We apply management procedures compatible with the standards of the markets in which we operate to make sure we are aligned with international standards of transparency.
